Honesty and accessibility updates across the app

Shipped the first waves of fixes from an independent review of the whole product:

• Unfinished mock exams are no longer scored as failed. Walking away or running out of time now ends in an honest Abandoned or Expired state, and the pause screen offers Resume, Save & exit, and Discard.
• Ending a practice session early now shows a neutral summary of what you answered — not a pass/fail verdict on a partial set.
• One readiness formula everywhere, documented on a public methodology page.
• Mock exams gained keyboard shortcuts and a visible autosave indicator; the whole app gained a skip-to-content link and a more accessible theme toggle and account menu.
• Your data is yours: self-serve data export and account deletion from your profile, and analytics is now cookieless — no Google Analytics, no tracking cookies.

Claims cleanup: our own copy held to the same standard

• Audited every number and promise on the site: retired stale exam-format figures and absolute-outcome wording, removed unverified testimonials, and wired every count to a single verified source enforced by an automated lint.

Full-bank audit applied: every module reviewed and corrected

We commissioned an independent line-by-line review of all 12 modules (July 12), then applied the repairs:

• 457 questions corrected and 161 questions added across the bank.
• Medication questions now consistently teach the nine rights of medication assistance (older items taught six).
• Ontario legislation references updated to the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 — the former Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007 now appears only as clearly labelled history.
• Safety-critical corrections in food-safety, end-of-life documentation, medication-safety, and diabetes-care questions.
• Module 3 (Body Systems) received 93 targeted edits, and 10 infection-prevention questions that predated our source-control system were audited and adopted into it.

A guided lesson for every topic

• Published a written lesson for every topic in all 12 modules — explanations, diagrams, and the reasoning behind the answers — included in Complete Prep at no extra cost.

Images where they genuinely help

• Added custom illustrations to 192 questions (41 distinct images) — only where a visual teaches something, never where it would give the answer away.
