By accessing or using PSW Leap ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PSW Leap.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Platform.

PSW Leap offers a one-time payment of $29.99 CAD (before applicable taxes) for permanent access to all premium features. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Platform within 30 days of your purchase, contact us for a full refund. After the 30-day period, all sales are final.

Your paid access is permanent and does not expire, subject to compliance with these Terms of Service.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to questions, explanations, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PSW Leap or its content licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute questions or content from the Platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

PSW Leap is an independent exam preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the National Association of Career Colleges (NACC) or any provincial regulatory body for Personal Support Workers.

The content on this Platform is designed to help you prepare for the NACC certification exam, but we do not guarantee that using this Platform will result in passing the exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors including individual study habits, prior knowledge, and exam conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSW Leap and its operators, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
